Hala joined the team 1 ½ years ago just before Covid hit out shores. She has 15 years’ experience in customer service, working for various industries her interpersonal skills and communication is an asset to our team. Her ability to solve problems and come up with creative solutions has also meant in a short span of time and in such a pressure time as a Pandemic, she has being able to provide much needed support to Prime Emergency Response management staff
